Composted Soil “FOR FERNS and BROMELIAS”

This mix of the vegetable compost and raised bog peat contains a higher acidity than normal soil. Its features are very suitable for the group of plants that delight in fluffy, sour soil and that have the capability to grow in poorly lit habitats where other plants may not thrive.

Because in nature these plants grow in shady places, they compensate for the lack of the solar light with rotten and fertile soil that contains abundant nutrients that are readily available for the plants’ use.

This composted soil mix is designed for ferns, bromelias, and other plants which have the typical features of a shade plant.

Composition:

• Vegetable compost 64 %;
• Sour, not fully decayed peat 36 %.
